- The hotel reserves the right to change the way meals are served from buffet to served.
- Individual diets must be reported 3 days prior to the start of the stay. The diet incurs an additional charge of 40 PLN / per day.
- The hotel does not accept pets.
- Our hotel adheres to standards for the protection of minors. To ensure safety and compliance with regulations, during check-in, hotel staff, whenever possible, verifies the identity of the child and the caregiving relationship between adults and minors. Therefore:
- The receptionist may ask for a photo ID, such as an identity card, passport, or other accepted documents.
- In the case where a child is traveling without legal guardians, written permission for their stay at the property is required.
