The Hotel Management kindly requests your cooperation in adhering to these rules and regulations, which aim to ensure peace and safety during your stay.
The regulations apply to all Guests staying at the Hotel.
The regulations are available for review at the Reception Desk and on the Hotel's website.
Hotel rooms are rented per hotel day.
The hotel day lasts from 3:00 PM to 11:00 AM the following day.
Guests are required to complete a registration card and present an ID document upon the receptionist's request as a condition of check-in.
Hotel Guests are not allowed to transfer their room to third parties, even if the period for which the payment has been made has not expired.
Visitors are kindly asked to leave the Hotel by 10:00 PM.
Quiet hours are observed in the Hotel from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
A reservation is considered guaranteed if a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total stay is paid. Failure to provide the deposit may result in the cancellation of the reservation.
In the event of a Guest’s early departure, they are required to pay for the entire reserved stay.
The Hotel provides services in accordance with its category and standard.
The Hotel is obligated to ensure: - conditions for complete and unrestricted relaxation, - safety during the stay, including confidentiality of Guest information, - professional and courteous service for all services provided, - room cleaning and necessary repairs of equipment during the Guest's absence, or in their presence upon request.
Additionally, upon request, the Hotel offers the following free services: - providing information related to the stay and travel, - wake-up calls at a specified time, - ordering a taxi.
Children under the age of 12 must be supervised by their legal guardians while on Hotel premises.
Children under the age of 4 stay free of charge if they sleep in the same bed as their parents. Baby cots can be provided in the room for an additional fee (to be arranged during reservation) in accordance with the current room price list.
Pets are not allowed in the Hotel.
Guests are financially responsible for any damage or destruction of Hotel property caused by their actions.
Damage to or loss of the air conditioning remote control entails a charge of 300 PLN.
The Hotel is not responsible for valuables or money left in the rooms, nor for the loss or damage of a Guest's car or other vehicle.
Items left in the room by a departing Guest will be sent to the address provided by the Guest at their expense. If no instructions are given, items will be stored for one month and then disposed of.
All complaints are handled by the Reception Desk.
For fire safety reasons, the use of heaters and other similar devices not included in the room's equipment is prohibited.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the Hotel and on balconies, except in designated smoking areas. Violation of the smoking ban implies the Guest’s consent to cover the cost of room deodorization in the amount of 300 PLN.
In accordance with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, we inform you that the administrator of personal data is Hotel Alpejski located in Polanica-Zdrój, at ul. Zdrojowa 89, NIP 883-15-49-253, REGON 890630335. Personal data is processed for the purpose of booking accommodation and providing hotel services. Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary to provide the service. Additionally, with the Guest’s consent, their personal data will be processed for marketing purposes within the scope of the consent given. Data collected for hotel services will be processed for the period specified by law, and for consent-based data until the consent is withdrawn.
