- Our hotel adheres to standards for the protection of minors. To ensure safety and compliance with regulations, during check-in, hotel staff, whenever possible, verifies the identity of the child and the custody relationship between adults and minors. Therefore:
- The reception staff may request to see an ID with a photo, such as an identity card, passport, or another accepted document.
- If the child is traveling without legal guardians, a written consent for their stay at the property is required.
