  • Our hotel adheres to the standards of protecting minors. To ensure safety and compliance with regulations, upon check-in the hotel staff, whenever possible, verifies the child's identity and the guardianship relationship between adults and minors. Therefore:
    • The reception staff may ask to show a photo ID, such as an identity card, passport, or other accepted document.
    • If the child is traveling without legal guardians, a written permission for their stay at the facility is required.
