- Our hotel adheres to the standards of protection for minors. To ensure safety and compliance with regulations, upon check-in the hotel staff, whenever possible, verifies the identity of the child and the custodial relationship between adults and minors. Consequently:
- The reception staff may ask to present a photo ID, such as an identity card, passport, or other accepted document.
- If the child is traveling without legal guardians, a written permission for their stay in the facility is required.
