- The hotel reserves the right to change the meal serving method from buffet to served.
- Individual diets must be reported 3 days before the start of the stay. The diet involves an additional fee of 40 PLN / day.
- The hotel does not accept pets.
- Our hotel adheres to the standards of minor protection. To ensure safety and compliance with regulations, during check-in hotel staff, whenever possible, verify the identity of the child and the custodial relationship between adults and minors. Therefore:
- The reception staff may ask to present a photo ID, such as an identity card, passport, or another accepted document.
- If a child is traveling without legal guardians, a written permission for their stay at the facility is required.
Conditions of reservation
Do złożenia rezerwacji wymagane jest podanie danych karty lub wpłata zadatku 30% za pośrednictwem systemu płatności online. W przypadku anulowania rezerwacji lub niepojawienia się w obiekcie w dniu przyjazdu karta zostanie obciążona 30% wartości rezerwacji lub przepadnie wpłacony zadatek 30%. Modyfikacja rezerwacji jest możliwa do 14 dni przed datą przyjazdu.
